One of BC’s most intriguing up-and-coming bands, Dirty Grace will play at the Silverton Gallery on Thursday, July 4th. With musicians Marley Daemon (vocals, piano, accordion), Jesse Thom (vocals, electronics, percussion), and Betty Supple (vocals, piano, mandolin, guitar), Dirty Grace claims they are “the only Canadian band that helps everyone in the room feel just naked enough to see each other clearly”. They sing great harmony, apocalyptic folk songs and ‘beat-box incantations’. Mix in a bit of meditative ritual and interactive clowning, for an emotion and feet- moving experience. This is the kind of show you might see on a whim, and then wish you had brought along everyone you love.
