Metta Meditation

Metta is a quality of loving-kindness in the heart and mind.

It is also a specific meditation practice to develop an

intention of goodwill towards ourselves and others, which

will be taught in this weekend retreat.

Adrianne Ross, a retired family physician, has been involved in meditation and healing since 1976. She has been practicing Buddhist meditation since 1984, mainly in the Theravadan tradition. She teaches classes and retreats in Canada and the U.S.

Adrianne taught well-attended retreats here in 2010 and 2013.
