METTA MEDITATION RETREAT
with ADRIANNE ROSS
October 27-28, 2018
Metta is a quality of loving-kindness in the heart and mind.
It is also a specific meditation practice to develop an
intention of goodwill towards ourselves and others, which
will be taught in this weekend retreat.
Adrianne, a retired family physician, has been involved in meditation and healing since 1976. She has been practicing Buddhist meditation since 1984,mainly in the Theravadan tradition. She teaches classes and retreats in Canada and the US.
Adrianne taught well attended retreats here in 2010 and 2013.
Saturday, October 27 9am to 4pm
Sunday, October 28 9am to 4pm
SILVERTON GALLERY, Silverton BC
Attendance on one or both days is appropriate.
Saturday is recommended for beginners of this practice.
We still have some walls to paint. Would love some help.
Please RVSP so we can find you a paintbrush and roller.
